To reach this generation, we must use the latest technologies

Recently, during a taping of This Is Your Day, my dear friend and special guest Bishop Clarence McClendon was led by God to share what is happening in the world of technology today and how it relates to Benny Hinn Ministries.

The anointing flowed as we spoke about many of the wonderful giants of the faith who have impacted this world using the latest technology of their time, and how it relates to what we are called to do by God Almighty, both today and tomorrow.

What we do know is that God is doing something amazing as we enter a new frontier of ministry. You are a vital part of this exciting future, and I want you to know from my heart what lies just ahead. I’m excited for you to watch this powerful, revealing interview!

To reach this generation, we must use the latest technologies
The way people access media today is changing with breathtaking speed. Among men and women ages 18-34, only 30% watch programming mostly on traditional TV stations.

Traditional television is losing viewers every month to streaming services, and the industry is still figuring out what its new economic model will look like. With streaming services now in more than 50% of households, and with a limited number of channels available in broadcast outlets and cable systems, the trajectory for traditional television is unmistakably downward.

Nearly 44 years ago, when Benny Hinn Ministries began, personal computer ownership was virtually non-existent. Today, a growing percentage of people don’t even use personal computers anymore, but instead prefer smart devices such as mobile phones and tablets.

A decade ago, smartphones (as we know them by today’s standards) didn’t exist. Since then, their use has exploded. By 2014, there were already 1.57 billion smartphone users around the world. By the year 2020, smartphone users are expected to reach more than three billion!

Clearly, today’s “regions beyond” are no longer just geographical. They are virtual. And with the latest information technologies available, we can instantly touch hearts with the Gospel, even to the most desolate outposts around the world!

Meanwhile, doors are opening around the globe to this ministry!
We have many wonderful opportunities ahead, and because of your love and support, we continue to move forward through amazing doors that will open vast new opportunities to us around the globe, especially as we develop new Internet platforms to make more of our resources accessible to all.

The future is exciting! Here are just a few of the open doors:

We have a brand-new website coming in a few short weeks that I will share more about very soon!
We have 18,000 teachings on media waiting to be translated and shared with a new generation of believers, and we are actively converting these teachings from this ministry’s early years forward into digital form-including a vast array of ministry resources that have not been seem or heard in over 20, 30 and 40 years.
We are making more and more resources available to allow access across a wider variety of platforms to ensure easier access to both English and non-English speaking souls.
I’m 65 now, and I’ve told the Lord over and over that I want to do so much more than ever before. I continue to be amazed at the technology that exists for reaching lost souls and providing spiritual nourishment for believers.

Every part of me is exploding right now. I sense such an urgency! I don’t know how much time I have to continue ministering, but one of my great goals is to make all of these invaluable resources available for this generation and beyond…

And I need your help!

The time is now!
There are people around the world starving for the Word. There are multitudes who desire to see the demonstration of God’s power and are thirsty for the Holy Spirit to pour out His anointing on them today.

There are places today that are closed to ministers of the Gospel, but the Internet goes beyond human barriers!

Just before ascending to heaven, Jesus Himself said:

“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth” (Acts 1:8 Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)).
Right now, we are putting the platforms in place to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to the uttermost parts of the earth, and I want you to be part of this globe-altering mission of preserving the most anointed teachings from the past and placing them in the hands (and on the billions of small screens) of people everywhere!

May I count on you today?
I am asking you, from the bottom of my heart, to give generously today for this mighty work of God.

Pastor Benny Hinn
I sense that the Lord wants many of my partners and ministry friends to plant $1,000 right now for the construction and development of these internet platforms. Others are being led to give $70 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Israel’s restoration as a state. Whatever God places on your heart, do it now. Souls hang in the balance!

And as you plant your precious seed today into this exciting project and all the ongoing outreaches of this ministry, I plan to take your name with me to Israel in a few days. I will keep it with me as I travel throughout the Holy Land, praying for you and thanking God for all you are doing!

I look forward to hearing from you today!

For the glorious and eternal cause of our precious Lord, Jesus Christ,

DONATE NOW
There is so much to be done in the coming days as we construct the online platforms that will allow us to make 44 years of my ministry available for future generations. We cannot lose this moment! We cannot lose the battle for the lost! God is depending on us not only to be keepers of the flame, but also to be part of the coming harvest of souls in every language. Will you earnestly seek the Lord about giving $1,000, $70, or whatever God places on your heart? May God bless you abundantly for your quick response to our urgent need!
